On August 14, delegation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan visited RFCL

Firuz Gulyamov, Deputy Head of the Department for the Study of Law Enforcement Practice in the Social and Economic Sphere of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Utkir Nazarov, Deputy Head of the Administration for the Organization, Control, and Analytical Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, visited the Russian Federal Chamber of Lawyers. Further interaction between the Bars of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation, the activities of the Russian Federal Chamber of Lawyers as well as the issues of regulation of the market of professional legal assistance in Russia, and other topics were discussed.

Gennady Sharov, Vice-President of the RFCL, told the guests about areas of activity of the Russian Federal Chamber of Lawyers paying special attention to cooperation between RFCL and the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

Vakhtang Fedorov, Advisor to the RFCL President, and Aleksandr Shefer, International Affairs Officer, reported about cooperation between RFCL and foreign Bars. It was noted that close cooperation has been established with Bars of CIS countries, in particular, with the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Then the discussion and experience exchange continued in the Yustina law firm.

Viktor Burobin, President of Yustina, gave information on legal market regulation in Russia as well as problems which Russian advocates facing, and their solutions.
