On April 7 the second meeting of the working group of the RFCL Ethics and Standards Commission was held for the preparation of draft recommendations on the behavior of lawyers on the Internet, chaired by the Ethics Section Chair Vassily Rudomino. The working group reviewed the new version of the draft recommendations, which was prepared on the basis of the proposals and comments made at the first meeting on March 14. They discussed in detail each section of the document and agreed on the final amendments. The Working Group decided to forward a revised text for discussion to the regional chambers of advocates. The project will be adjusted to take into account comments received from the chambers and presented at the next meeting of the Commission. |
